Mismatched sizes [Either loose or tight]

I'm not really fond of online shopping as I tend to check the material and usually try the article (for size) before I can make up my mind to buy it. So actually came here from an ad and the offer really looked catchy. So for the first time, I took out my shirt and measured the length, shoulders, and chest to match the size from the article size chart. I normally wear Large Sizes (L size from Diners fits well), I came to my notice that according to the given measurements your X-Large size is actually the one that should I be ordering which I did (and it's normal before every different article usually have different size chart). So I have 2 problems with the package I received. 1) Colors are way different than the ones being should on the page. (This is ok as this was the risk I was hoping to take in the first place). 2) But the actual reason I'm writing to you is that. NOT ALL THE SHIRTS ARE OF THE SAME SIZE. They are all X-Large but some 3 of them are too loose and 1 is way tight. There is just one that fits well. Not sure how you operate in such conditions 2 stars are just for the price range
