Yes it is allowed to open and check the product for some major cities if the courier allows us for this facility as they have a STRICT policy for not opening the parcel.
As we have a strict QC system for all products at our warehouse but still if you receive a defective product KAYAZAR is responsible for the exchange of defective products and will bear the expense for the exchange.
